Action consists of an individual making a choice. In making that choice, rarely is perfect knowledge available on which to base a decision - hence there is a degree of uncertainty. Entrepreneurial action consists of making decisions in the face of uncertainty. Consequently, almost all action is entrepreneurial in it's character.
