Right. For Rothbard, a libertarian is one who endorses the non-aggression axiom. Since the government takes money through threats from admittedly non-criminals, a libertarian can't support taxation.
In contrast, an Austrian economist could consistently support taxation. This is rare in practice (perhaps nonexistent), but belief in Austrian economic analysis doesn't commit one to certain moral views the way being a libertarian does.

Taxation is only acceptable to a libertarian if voluntary. I don't know if there are any voluntary taxes as of yet!!!
