Other than Coase (a non-Austrian), there has not been alot done in economics about a good theory of coroporate structure and governance; most is busines and/or finance. But Klein says there are some areas that need investigation by Austrians.
1) the firm as a form of investment
2) a study of the differences and similarities of internal vs. external capital markets
3) types of corporate structures
4) the role of the financial entrepreneur
