Mainstream economists have grown dissatisfied with certain aspects of the orthodox approach, but (according to Klein) what is the “more serious problem” that they generally overlook?

The more serious problem is that it is usually seen from the perspective of a day-to-day manager rather than the capitalist who is really the ultimate decision-maker in the production of goods and services.
