How does interventionism differ from full socialism?

The only difference from socialism is that tha factors are still in the control of private owners, even though the use of those factors is severely limited by price controls, welafre, rent controls, minimum wages, taxation (mainly progressive to "punish" success), farm subsidies, to name a few.

Right. Mises told Rothbard one time that the difference between a heavily regulated market economy and outright socialism was that the former still had a stock market.
